ReechUs 3-Month Pilot Scheme

Our Personalised Approach To Employee Wellbeing

At ReechUs, we believe in personalised solutions to improve employee wellbeing. Our 3-month pilot scheme went beyond the cookie-cutter approach, focusing on both physical and mental health. Here’s what participants received:

Results That Speak Volumes

The impact of our program was remarkable. Here are the highlights:

Mental Health:

  • Participants’ mental health scores improved by an average of 10.5%, whereas similar programs often see an improvement of around 3.5% (Fig 2.)
  • Many participants highlighted reduced stress and anxiety levels, with 71% reporting significant improvements, compared to the industry average of 55% (Fig 3.)
  • Over 70% of participants utilised these services, which is higher than the 35% utilisation rate in similar initiatives.
  • Participants reported a remarkable 93% satisfaction rate.

Physical Health:

  • 93% of participants increased their physical activity, compared to an industry average of 46% (Fig 3.)
  • 86% reported noticeable improvements in strength, fitness, and energy levels, compared to 40% in typical wellness programs (Fig 3.)
  • 57% of participants reported better dietary habits and weight management, compared to 23% in other wellness programs (Fig 3.)
  • 100% of participants reached out to a Personal Trainer and/or Nutritionist.
  • An impressive 93% expressed interest in continuing beyond the program.

Challenges & Learnings

Of course, it wasn’t all smooth sailing. We encountered challenges:

  • Engagement Consistency: We addressed this by tailoring our approach to individual needs.
  • Scheduling Flexibility: We’re expanding our provider network to offer more session times.

ReechUs’ pilot scheme demonstrates that personalised health coaching leads to significant improvements in employee wellbeing. Our engagement and satisfaction rates showed the effectiveness of our comprehensive approach.
